Description
Creates the citation network of papers from the table loaded from an ISI file.
A node is made for each paper record in the ISI table. Its label will be the value of the "Cite Me As" field, which is automatically created by combining other fields of the paper record when the file is loaded into the tool. For more information on "Cite Me As", see this section of the manual.
A node is also made for each cited reference of each paper record in the ISI table.
For each paper record in the table, an edge is created from each cited reference to the citing paper record. This represents the flow of information from the older work to the citing work.

localcitationcount | The number of references to papers recorded in the given ISI table cited by this paper. |
