CIShell Manual : Extract Author Paper Network

Description

Extract Author Paper Network creates a network where both authors and papers are nodes. Edges represent the fact that an author node worked on the target paper node.

Extract Author Paper Network takes 1 parameter, which is the format of the file. The supported file formats are Bibtex, ISI, Scopus, and EndNote.

Implementation Details

Extract Author Paper Network wraps Extract Directed Network, using an Authors column as the source column and a Paper Titles column as the target column.
