Create an R Instance
Description
This algorithm creates an R instance that is usable from the CIShell environment.In order for this algorithm to work, you must already have R installed on your computer.

R -> Create an R Instance
Output
An R instance will be added to the datamanager view in the right hand panel of the tool.
Usage Hints
When the algorithm is started, it will prompt for the location of the directory that contains the RGui executable (in Windows, this is Rgui.exe). Click on browse to locate this directory on your computer. In Windows, this location might be C:\Users\username\Programs\R-2.14.1\bin\i386
