Description
The Specified layout is the layout action that sets x, y coordinates for a visual item by simply based on the given x and y fields. It doesn't perform any layout strategy.
Pros & Cons
There is no strategy to layout the nodes. The Specified layout positioning based on the given x, y coordinate. However, it is useful to have a quick look of the network that have been positioned by other Network algorithms such as DrL. It also allows you to move nodes, pan and zoom. You can save the edited visualization and display with other visualization tools.

The Specified layout is useful to display the generated network visualizationÂ
